  • Original condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Original packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.
  • No damage or wear: The item should not have any visible signs of wear or damage.

Items that are final sale and non-returnable
Please note that some items are final sale and cannot be returned. These include:
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Gift cards
How to initiate a return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our team by emailing us using the contact form.
  2. Provide your original order number and a list of the items you wish to return.
  3. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping your return
  • Shipping costs: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for your returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Consider tracking: When shipping, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or
    • purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Refunds and exchanges
    • Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Refund method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
    • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, simply follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want. 
      Missing or late refunds
      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
